Major breakthrough in the treatment of tenosynovial giant cell tumors (TGCT) in adults
Voor het eerst is er in Europa een medicijn goedgekeurd voor de behandeling van tenosynoviale reusceltumoren (TGCT) bij volwassenen. Het gaat om Vimseltinib (handelsnaam: Romvimza). Dit is een belangrijke doorbraak voor patiënten die tot nu toe bijna uitsluitend op chirurgie waren aangewezen.
